Berry Drama Group
The current Berry Drama Group formed in March 2000 and has been entertaining the local area with humourous, diverse and sometimes thought provoking theatre. It is a small, friendly group made up of enthusiastic members who enjoy bringing live theatre to the community.
The Berry Drama Group always welcomes new members and encourages those with a desire to act, direct or work behind the scenes to become involved. The group aims to produce at least two productions a year and is well known for their quirky one act play performances as well as more dramatic theatre.
The Berry Drama Group also runs workshops as well as play reading evenings at different times during the year. These are usually held in the School of Arts, Berry. For details of these please refer to the Berry Drama Group column in the local Town Crier magazine or contact below for more information. Membership is $20 – this includes attendance to group nights and selected workshops.
