If you’re going beach fishing, you’ll need a fishing licence. Get more details from the NSW Fisheries website. N.B. there are limits on pippi collection.
When fishing please make certain that you don’t leave behind any pieces of fishing line or plastic, such as bait bags and floats, nor any hooks or fish containing hooks. These kill birds and fish.
