3-Day Art Workshop with Ashley Frost

ArtExtra is hosting a 3-day 3 day workshop entitled “Discover Gesture and Colour” in the landscape through a mix of quick compositional drawings, monoprint works and mixed media colour studies. These will provide the foundation and direction for a plein air watercolour, acrylic or oil painting on canvas or board. Look at compositions of the great masters and examine the colour expression of the Japanese printmakers through to the impressionists and abstract expressionists.
