Is your enjoyment for dairy stopping you from becoming vegan?

Do you want to learn how to make different nut mylks, natural and fruity yoghurts, sour cream, yellow cheeze, blue veined cheeze, feta, ricotta, paneer?

In this workshop, resident chef, Marc will show you how to make delicious, healthy, dairy free, plant based, vegan dairy that is good for your health, the animals and the planet. This workshop teaches you how make conscious choices and take control of your health. Whether you have given up dairy for health, ethical or environmental concerns, we have you covered.

Vairy (vegan dairy) options are (mostly) raw, sugar free, dairy free, organic, chemical free, preservative free, and wholefoods based. This class is ideal for beginners, home cooks and chefs alike.

All vairy workshops cost $200 per participant. This includes a tutorial, a recipe booklet, all ingredients and equipment used during the day, the vairy products, and a hands-on experience.

The workshop is at Back 2 Earth. A raw vegan health retreat and animal sanctuary in beautiful, rural Berry, and is run on the principles of healthy sustainability, environmental awareness, a zero-waste policy and self-sufficiency. You will be able to enjoy the rolling mountains and fresh rural air here, and before you go, pop in to say a quick hello to our rehomed and rescued farm animals.
