The Great Hall Banquet @ Coolangatta Estate

Coolangatta Estate have announced the return of the Great Hall Banquet

When you arrive at the Great Hall you will be greeted by your host Lord Bruno, then partake in a goblet of mead as ‘The Baldricks’ play ballads from an era long past play in front of you. The bells will be rung at the 7th hour for the feasting & festivities to begin.

To Begin: Share Platters, Charcuterie, Cheese, Olives, Pickles & Grapes
Main Fare: The King’s Favourite Beef & Chambourcin Pie & Garden Vegetables, The Baron’s Prized Chicken (on the bone) served with a Baked Stuffed Apple & Rosemary Gravy
To Finish: The Queen’s Best-loved giant Bombe Alaska – Flamed by the Chef & served with Coulis & Seasonal Fruits. Self-serve Tea/Coffee
