Founder and director Ron Ratini BAcc, Dip. FMFB brings hands-on experience as a property investor himself, which is what led him to leave his corporate role for a career helping others navigate financing. He works with everyone from first home buyers to seasoned investors leveraging their assets.

Director and fellow broker Chris Perre is a qualified FCPA accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce and 15+ years in finance and accounting, including eight years as Financial Controller for a local aged care provider. Born and raised in the Illawarra and now based in Fairy Meadow, Chris is known for a reliable, personable approach with every client.

Leading the business as General Manager is Rachel Ratini, a qualified and accredited mortgage broker with 15+ years of leadership experience, most recently as an executive leader in the sports industry. She’s built the systems that keep the lending journey clear and stress-free from first contact to post-settlement, and is completing an MBA to sharpen the strategic side of the business further.
