Due to demand from weddings and events, the husband and wife partnership (and owners of Silos Restaurant) launched Smithy and The Chef : Catering and Events.

Executive Chef, Andrew Hickie, leads the team having cooked for some of the world’s biggest celebrities and led Menu Development for Stix, one of Australia’s leading caterers, managing the clients Qantas First Class, Etihad and Macquarie Bank.
