'Eat the Invaders' Dinner @ Silos Kitchen

Silos Kitchen presents a thought-provoking dining experience with Eat The Invaders – an evening exploring sustainability, biodiversity and the role food can play in protecting Australia’s natural environment.

Australia’s biodiversity continues to face growing pressure from invasive species such as rabbit, deer and wild boar. In this special event, Head Chef Rory Finn transforms these introduced species into a refined multi-course dining experience, encouraging conversation around ecological impact and conscious food choices through cuisine.

The evening will be hosted by winemaker and sustainability advocate Rajarshi Ray, with thoughtfully matched wines accompanying each course.

Set against the backdrop of Silos Estate, this unique dinner combines exceptional local food and wine with meaningful discussion and a fresh perspective on sustainable dining.
