Rotary is a worldwide organisation of community-minded people, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
Since 1959, the Rotary Club of Berry has been serving our local, national and international community. We enjoy staging events for the region, such as the Australia Day Breakfast, the Berry Celtic Festival in May, the Berry Farm and Lifestyle Field Days in September, and the New Years Eve Family Fun Night and Fireworks.
The Club supports numerous endeavours including sponsoring students in various Rotary Youth Development programs, University and rural education, along with international projects and Rotary International’s End Polio Now campaign.
Having completed the Rotary Nature Play Park in North St Berry, the Club’s current major local project is the community funded Rotary Dog Park-Off Leash Area which is planned to commence in 2026.
If you are interested in finding out more about the club please contact President Joel De Freitas on 0411 959 212.
The Berry & District Historical Society is responsible for the running of the Berry Museum, which is staffed by volunteers....
