Great Southern Hotel
The Great Southern is a typical traditional Australian country hotel with wide timber verandahs. However, The Great Southern Hotel also has many unique features. The verandahs are furnished with rustic timber tables and benches. There is a wood burning stove to keep you warm in winter. Last, but not least, we have the most amazing Kangaroo in a Surf boat!
We offer great service with the cheapest Hotel beer in town always cold and served in chilled glasses by our friendly staff. Alternatively, you can have a coffee or wine to while away the afternoon on the verandah.

The Great Southern Hotel Bistro offers good meals and a great atmosphere for pub dining. Steaks are our specialty. Come in for our $12.95 Monday to Thursday* Meal deal. That’s a choice of meals and a drink from the bar for just $12.95!!! These great value counter lunches are very popular.
Entertainment and Live Music
On Fridays and Saturdays, the Great Southern is host to live music and some of the best Reggae & Rhythem bands play at the pub.
