The Silos Estate
The estate is a working vineyard operating from buildings used in the original dairy farm established in 1870. The premises have now been fully restored and house award winning accommodation, cellar door, art gallery and a restaurant. Visitors can enjoy a walk around the vineyard followed by a tasting of wine or a browse through the art gallery at the cellar door, enjoy a meal at the award-winning restaurant or stay the evening at the luxurious country cottages.
For the winery, the Silos Estate label includes a range of premium wines that emphasise the unique characteristics of the Shoalhaven region while Wileys Creek label sources fruit from other wine growing regions in Australia.
The luxury accommodation is nestled amongst sprawling vineyards and landscaped grounds providing a special place to stay for a weekend or longer. Be captivated by the magnificent views – rolling green hills, the Great Dividing Range escarpment and the vineyard.
The restaurant is nestled amidst the rolling hills of the local vineyard, and takes its name from the 100 year old grain silos, one of which houses the wine cellar. Under manager Robert Salmon, the award winning Silos Restaurant demonstrates country cuisine of the highest caliber.
