Four large, luxuriously appointed guest rooms and a freestanding cottage, The Dairy, offer privacy, indulgence and pure relaxation. The former cowshed and silo have been carefully refurbished and adapted, and now offer a charming and flexible space for intimate weddings, celebration dinners and corporate functions, when booked in conjunction with the accommodation.

The guest accommodation overlooks the property’s dam and the rural views beyond. Each room offers private outdoor decks to relish the serenity, with access to communal gathering areas with fire-pits and relaxed seating. Inside, the beautifully appointed rooms feature premium beds, luxurious linens, pristine furnishings, spacious high ceilings, cosy wood fires, complementary mini bar, large bathrooms with full size bathtubs, plush towels, heated towel rails and all those little extras that add up to an incredible experience.

The Homestead is nestled on five acres at the lovingly restored, heritage-listed property of Mananga at the entrance to the Berry township, just 5 minutes stroll from the village, and 10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. It is the perfect base for exploring the best of the Berry region.
