Boongaree Skate Park and Pump Track Opening

The new Skate Park and Pump Track facilities at Berry’s Boongaree will be officially launched this Friday 14th April. Both facilities have been designed to a technical standard suitable to host competitions, and as a training venue for skateboarding and BMX riding. Beginners and more experienced riders have been busy putting the new facilities to the test in recent weeks, prior to the official opening, and have already given a huge tick of approval.

The Skate Park features a new flowing snake run, kicker over hydrant, slappy kerb quarter, mini bowl, roller run and more. The Pump Track has roller berms, spine transition, roller runs, multiple transition, and a dragon back.

Friday’s official opening will begin at 11am, followed by a barbecue lunch, free learn to skate classes and a skate jam session by skate event company, Totem.
