Hayden, Mozart & Schubert

The Ensemble presents a string quartet tour of three truly beautiful quartets each by a giant of classical music.

Haydn’s Joke quartet embodies his humour at its best – beautiful string writing combined with much trickery to keep the listener guessing what will happen next.

The Ensemble follow this with Mozart’s stunning Spring quartet and Schubert’s dramatic Rosamunde.

This is a program of sheer delight and explores these great classical composers at their finest.

The Ensemble presents these additional concerts as part of its annual giving program to help raise vital funds to continue and grow their regional touring program.
