Bangalay Luxury Villas’s Michelle Bishop invites you to lunch and conversation with Courtney Roulston as part of the Shoalhaven Food Network Autumn Celebration of Food.

Courtney is a well known celebrity chef after being a finalist on Series 2 of MasterChef Australia 2010. She has also been the headchef for the Sydney Swans, represented Coles Supermarkets and the Second Bite Charity organisation as an ambassador as well as currently hosting the very popular cooking series ‘Farm to Fork’ which airs on Network Ten.

Courtney’s South Coast story started when her family holidayed in the accommodation which occupied the site where Bangalay now exists, this memorable holiday led to her parents purchasing a block of land in Shoalhaven Heads where the family would spend weekends and school holidays fishing, prawning and cooking over open fires throughout her childhood.

Cocktail and canapes on arrival, main with sides served with local wines, selection of local cheeses, tea/coffee and petit fours.
