Discover the vibrant flavours of Mexican street food in this hands-on cooking experience at Carramar Kitchen.
Designed for food lovers and home cooks alike, this immersive class explores the art of creating fresh corn tortillas from scratch, with participants learning how to press and griddle the perfect base for custom street tacos. Along the way, guests will chop, char and pickle a variety of delicious fillings and sides, paired with vibrant house-made salsas packed with fresh flavour.
The class also includes a lesson in preparing beautifully fresh local seafood ceviche, served on crisp tostadas for the ultimate coastal-inspired bite.
The day concludes around a festive communal table, where everyone gathers to enjoy a generous family-style feast celebrating the flavours, colour and spirit of Mexican street food.
Classes are limited to eight participants, creating an intimate and welcoming environment for cooks of all skill levels.
All classes are gluten free, with food allergies accommodated. Please note kosher and halal dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.
