Set against the peaceful surrounds of Bundanon, Weaving for Families offers a thoughtful, hands-on creative experience led by local artist Wanita Lowe (Dunghutti and Biripi).
Designed for children aged 5–12 and their carers, this relaxed workshop introduces traditional weaving techniques using raffia. Participants will create their own bracelet or armband while learning about cultural making practices in a welcoming, supportive environment. It is a chance to slow down, connect and create together, side by side.
All children must be accompanied by an adult, with tickets priced at $20 per person. Workshop entry also includes access to the Bundanon Art Museum, making it easy to extend your visit to enjoy the current exhibition and natural beauty of the property.
