Led by renowned chef Alex Prichard, Sara is shaped by the land around it — seasonal produce, ingredients grown on the farm and sourced from trusted local producers, and cooking that celebrates simplicity, generosity and place.

The experience extends well beyond the plate. Surrounded by productive gardens, orchards, paddocks and the working rhythms of Moraea Farm, Sara connects dining with the landscape it comes from.

It also forms the culinary heart of the Linnaeus Collection — Berry’s hotel alternative: a collection of luxury private homes and farms offering a different approach to regional travel, where exceptional accommodation, food and experiences are woven together.
